Working Method of BS Air classifier mill

Raw material is fed into the mill by a small screw feeder, then, they will be cut and milled by the hammers inside.

There is air classifier inside the mill chamber.

Powder fine enough will be discharged.

Powder not fine enough will be milled in mill chamber until it is fine enough to pass the air classifier.

Air Classifier Mill's application is very wide from food, chemical, and pharmaceutical...etc. It is also called ACM Grinder or Air Classifying Mill.

It can grind most dry raw material into 60~2500 mesh.
