Advantages
The design is compact and the structure is reasonable. There is a grading mechanism inside the material, which can be crushed and graded at the same time to reduce energy consumption.

9. Equipped with cyclone separator and dust collector, no dust flying in the production process. The dust collection bag can effectively collect fine powder in the air stream and meet the requirement of environmental protection for exhaust gas emission.
10. The fine powder collected by dust bag can be recovered effectively. Thereby reducing material loss.
Working Method:
The raw materials are sent to the grinding chamber by the screw feeder through the hopper, cut and sheared by the high-speed cutting machine, and then sent to the cyclone separator and the bag filter by the negative pressure suction method, and the discharge meets the product requirements. This is why it can produce ultra-fine powder and can be used as a fine pulverizer (fine pulverizer).
