This is a grinding test conducted by our BSP-350 air classifier mill. We grind crurry powder, which is mixture of turmeric, ginger, coriander seeds, cloves, cumin and fenugreek seeds.

BSP ACM grinder is suitable for producing fine powder, suitable for food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries,its final powder can reach about 60~2500 mesh.

Working Method of Curry powder making machine

The raw materials are fed into the grinding chamber by the screw feeder through the hopper, cut and cut by the high-speed cutting machine, and then sent to the cyclone separator and the bag filter through the negative pressure suction method, and the sprayed materials meet the product requirements.

The raw material is mixed spices. It will be made into curry powder.

Spices contains high oil, to avoid powder blocked in the machine, we can mix the low oil spices with high oil content spices, to reduce the oil content of the mixed spices.

For example, turmeric, ginger, and fenugreek seed are low oil content type spices, and cumin, corainder seeds,clove are high oil content type spices.
