Introduction
The machine is highly automated, intelligent and environmentally friendly. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, which guarantees the hygiene and safety of the product and conforms to the GMP standard. Humanized design, intelligent control, convenient and quick parameter setting. The highest temperature can reach 400℃. With self-diagnosis function, the fault code is displayed on the display. The heating temperature should be above 215°C. Put the rice into the roaster and take it out of the roaster after 5 seconds. You will get puffed rice.
Working Method
Electromagnetic heating system: The electromagnetic control box causes the copper wire plate to generate a magnetic field. When the roller rotates, the magnetic induction line is cut off and a wave is generated to affect the metal roller and make the metal roller self-heat.
When the copper wire board is under the roll, the wire board is cold, and the equipment does not generate heat.
