Structure of ribbon blender

The horizontal belt mixer is composed of U-shaped cylinder, transmission parts and belt mixing blades. The belt mixing blades are usually double-layer or three-layer.

The outer screw collects the materials from the side to the center, and the inner screw transports the materials from the center to both sides to form convective mixing.

BSR series ribbon mixer is mainly composed of mixing drum, spiral ribbon and driven parts. The spiral ribbon consists of two layers.

Namely, the inner belt makes the material move outwards, the outer belt makes the material move inwards, forming a good material circulation.
