you need to consider some aspects. 

1) what place will be your production location 

If you  want to grind spices at home or at a shop, 

you shall choose single phase power machine, which is 2.2 KW

 2) What capacity do you need? kg/hr  

If you need small capacity like 50 kg/hr,100 kg/hr,It is okay to buy grinder without cyclone and filter box.

You can use a filter bag, cloth bag to collect the spice powder.

But if your capacity is high, like 200 kg/hr,500kg/hr...etc, you shall buy grinder with cyclone and filter box.

3) What powder size do you need to get? (what mesh)

If you need 10~40 mesh spices powder, common hammer mill will be fine,

if you need superfine powder spices powder, you need BSP ACM grinder or cryogenic mill.
