Ribbon blender
What in the video is our 2000L ribbon blender.
It has a 2000L mixing tub, and the load volume is 1200L.
We make customize the mixer size for different clients, for example,100L,500L,1000L, 2000L,3000L,5000L,10000L,20000L...etc.
Usually, our ribbon blender is made by Stainless steel 304,
To save the cost, we can also use carbon steel to make the frame as what in the video.
The frame won't contact the powder, so, so food companies also accecpt this way to make food powder.
To mix pharmaceutical powder, we can also choose Stainless steel 316L to make the ribbon blender.
