Introduction

BSDF is our latest advanced hammer mill set.

It combines coarse crusher,middle fine milling fine milling area(3 milling areas)together. Material will be milled three times at the same time.

For spices (like chili, turmeric, coriander seeds, cumin),  powder can be 20~80 mesh;

For grains (like rice, cassava, chickpea, besan,wheat....etc)  powder can be 20~150 mesh.

Working Method

This is the mill part, which integrates crushing area, medium and fine grinding area and ultra-fine grinding area. 

The first crushing area can crush hard materials; 

The second grinding area can grind materials containing fiber or oil, such as herbs, spices and roots. 

The third grinding area is a fine powder grinding area, and the grinding speed can be changed to change the powder particle size.

Advantages

(1) No screen chamber or screen chamber is needed, and the powder particle size is changed by changing the speed; 

(2) Because there is no screen in the grinding chamber, there is no temperature rise in the grinding chamber; There is no need to worry about the power of the screen being hit or the product quality being affected by the heat from the mill. This is why it is very suitable for grinding heat sensitive materials or materials containing fiber or oil. 

(3) The mill part integrates rough grinding, medium fine grinding and fine grinding. It can grind fine powder directly from large raw materials, which is very effective. 

(4) Save more power, and its capacity is much larger than other similar traditional motor mills.
