Polyurethane air classifier mill polyurethane grinding machine powder making machine from Brightsail BSP-750

Grinding and classification happen in one chamber: material under 15 mm is fed by a screw feeder, reduced by rotor hammers, and air-classified on the spot.

Only powder that meets the cut point leaves the mill; oversize returns for further grinding.

Air classifier mill gives 60-2500 mesh with a tight, repeatable top size - and because the chamber has no screen, fineness is set from the control panel instead of by changing screens.

Capacity runs 120-1800 kg/h. For polyurethane, the result is uniform, free-flowing powder with less over-grinding. CE and ISO certified; free sample testing available.
